If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund any unused items within 30 days of receiving your product. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received the wrong product, size, or color, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.


Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Simply contact us, and we will provide you with a return address and a replacement or refund, as preferred.
